教育実習学習者からのメッセージ

Teaching Practice(TP)

    教育実習(TP)は、ヨーロッパ圏やアジア圏の大人の学習者を対象に実施されます。研究所で日本語を学ぶ学習者のみなさんからのメッセージです。

 Mr. German Regli [Australian/Advanced]

メッセージ
I've been studying Japanese for a few years and I have spent a few years in Japan. It is very impressive to experience Japan and the Japanese people, their way of thinking, the history and traditions. Soon I found that everything is somehow connected, which reflects the way the Japanese lives, work and communicate together. The language plays a big role and again reflects the respect people have for each other. Studying need to be fun, and to study Japanese sometimes seems to be a endless discovery of traditions and ways of living, etc. The atmosphere at this school is quite relaxed but very motivating. I'm amazed how the teachers are using very simple methods very successfully. "Student get togethers" are a very good way to get to know each other and gives opportunities to practise the language! I hope the contacts between the Japanese and the Non-Japanese is a small step to bring the different cultures a bit closer together!

メッセージ
Very happy. If not everyday, at least almost everyday, ね。 Just sometimes a bit discontented with myself when I want to understand and if takes tome, a long time, probably because of the differences in the logic of European languages I am familiar with and the Japanese ことば。 But it's OK., hopefully, as I've enough time, until my last days. いいですね。たのしいです。ありがとう。どうも。 Our teachers are usually very friendly and patient so we can teach each other everyday, all our lives, ね。そ、let's make nice lives. It's worth trying. If one doesn't try, they can't succeed. But we will, just keep trying. がんばって。きをつけて。

 Mr. John Luckhurst [British]

メッセージ
This is my second attendance on this course. Some subjects are familiar to me. But it is good to revise and meet other students. The teachers do very quite considerably in their ability to present a class. But usually everyone makes a good effort to explain the subject being taught. I enjoyed the lessons they are interesting and conducted in a manner designed to provide enjoyment as well as education. For my part I hope that my attendance at these classes with other students goes some way towards providing them with the teaching practice so essential if they are to become full-time teachers of the Japanese language in future. So far it has not been possible for me to take part in language exchange due to other commitments. But I would hope to be able to do before too long as such an arrangement should be a help to both me and the Japanese students wishing to improve their English.

 Mr. Martin Lam [British/Intermediate]

メッセージ
What I appreciate most about the course is the enthusiasm of the trainees, and the spontaneity of the teaching aids which they have devised to meet the strategy for each lesson. I also admire the effort they make to bring each and every learner into the exercise. This is not easy, because the learners are likely to be at different stages of Japanese. For me, particularly, it is very useful to hear Japanese spoken in an entirely natural and conversational way. For example, 作る and 質問 come out (almost) without vowels - and indeed this is how they are pronounced in real life. This can be a revelation. I wish the Institute and the trainees the best of luck in their efforts.

 Mr. A. Keeble [British/Intermediate]

メッセージ
Since I joined the Japanese courses at IIEL. I have been learning a lot of the language. Previously I spent quite a lot of time studying by myself without much help. Hence, there was not much of an improvement. Now I can have native Japanese teachers teaching me practically everyday, learning in grammar, conversation and sometimes 漢字. I honestly think I am very fortunate to be part of the class. However, I am still quite a long way from mastering the Japanese language, and hope I will be given the opportunity to continue the course for sometime.

In a short time one finds one learns a lot, The course is fun but hard work. The presentation is interesting and there is no time to get bored.

メッセージ
As a student seeking a refresher course in Japanese, I found the Institute of International Education in London an excellent place to study. The courses are well organized and the enthusiasm of the teachers makes learning a pleasure. Each class is interesting and the teachers are creative in conveying grammar points and new vocabulary words.

 Mrs. Suzsanna Lees-Ritter [Swiss/Advanced]

メッセージ
I come across the Japanese classes at IIEL by chance. Having just returned from a work placement in Japan I was looking around for affordable classes at advanced level, in preparation for the NOORYOKU SHIKEN level 2 which, (panic!) was only 6 weeks away. I was very lucky in that there were free lessons by trainees about to start on the Monday after my initial enquiry and that there happened to be a level 7 evening class already running, which I was able to join as well. I am enjoying both classes tremendously. The approach to teaching is highly communicative and the classes are lively and interesting - I am glad I joined!
